Can we discuss a custom optical product for our brand?

Yes. OEM, ODM, appearance, functional and packaging requirements can be discussed. Feasibility and project scope depend on the selected model and requirements. Software and firmware customization are not offered.

What is the typical ODM development cost and timeline?

Development cost and timing are quoted after reviewing the model, configuration, tooling, sample and testing requirements. Confirm the start date and milestones in the project quotation.

Do you provide NDA protection for custom design projects?

If your project requires an NDA or specific intellectual property terms, discuss and agree the documents before sharing confidential design files.

What information should we send for a project review?

Send your company name, target market, product or reference model, planned quantity, required changes and intended purchase schedule. Identify any testing or documentation requirements.

Can you improve or modify an existing product design?

Appearance and functional changes can be reviewed for the selected model. Provide the existing configuration and requested changes; performance improvements and test results must be confirmed through the agreed review and sample process.
